Strategic Events Internship: Join LaCa Group for The Ascent Challenge
LaCa Group is offering a unique, high-exposure internship for a highly ambitious student or recent graduate ready to launch their career in Strategic Events, Corporate Consulting, and B2B Logistics.
We are searching for one exceptional individual to join our team for 30 intensive days to manage the successful execution of The Eswatini Corporate Rally: The Ascent Challenge—the Kingdom’s most prestigious annual strategic team competition.
The Role: Logistics & Strategy Support Specialist
This is not a traditional office internship. Starting November 1, 2025, you will be working directly with the LaCa Group executive team on the ground, handling critical pre-event preparations, on-site management, and post-event analysis.
Duration: 30 Days (November 1 – November 30, 2025)
Location: Mbabane/Manzini Corridor, Eswatini (with some remote work possible)
Your High-Stakes Responsibilities Will Include:
- Client Management: Handling participant communications, preparing detailed registration documents, and managing client queries.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaising with our exclusive partners to ensure branding and product delivery are flawless.
- Logistical Command: Finalizing the inventory for the Goodie Bags and prizes, coordinating F&B requirements, and managing staging for the Gala Dinner.
- Rally Execution: Serving as a primary marshal on November 28th, assisting with checkpoint administration, live scoring, and ensuring the Amazing Race runs seamlessly.
- Consulting Documentation: Compiling all event data, feedback, and visual assets required for LaCa Group’s core consulting deliverable: the Strategic Performance Report.
